Liz Simpson - Parliamentary Spokesperson for Tonbridge and Malling

Liz Simpson

"I moved into Tonbridge and Malling when I was a couple of weeks old and have lived here ever since. I am delighted to have been selected as the Parliamentary candidate for an area which means so much to me.

"I have been fortunate to have met many people in the years that I have been a Borough Councillor and Parish Councillor. I am particularly proud of being Chair of Governors at St James the Great Primary and Nursery School.

"Tonbridge and Malling has had the same MP for 35 years and I know that many people are ready for a change.

"I believe in:

  • Working hard for everyone in the constituency - whether in the towns or villages.

  • Reducing inequality and increasing opportunities for all.

  • Safeguarding the environment for future generations.

  • Keeping in touch with members year round."
